Secondly, the integration with Shop-ware is very useful for knowing who is calling and being able to pull up previous customers information immediately when they call! It really helps us be better prepared when we answer the phone and helps us answer any questions our customers have quicker. The set-up was easy, they did most of the work remotely and got us taken care of quickly. Lastly, the online access to call recordings, voicemails, messaging internally and with customers, and even making phone calls through their app from the shop phone number is amazing! It is seamless and really helps us keep in touch with our customers after-hours when needed, without the need to share personal phone numbers. Thanks for a great product and great service!

I wanted to provide some feedback for Amazing 7. We signed up and switched to their phone service shortly after Shop-Ware announced the integration with Amazing 7 to display on-screen pop-ups identifying the customers and calls coming in. So far, we are very happy with the service! We love the pop-ups in the Shop-Ware tabs as customers call in. We've opted for call recording with Amazing 7, which gives us a few moments from when the Shop-Ware pop-up displays as the caller hears the "Your call is being recorded…" message until our phones actually ring. This makes it nice to pull up customer info before we answer and speak with the customer. Amazing 7's customer service has been great. They made the setup simple and the whole process was fairly painless compared to processes we've had in the past with other providers. The connection reliability and call quality is much better than our prior IP Phone service provider. We've used 5 different phone providers during my time in business. Each provider has had a varying mix of reliability, call quality, technology & services offered, customer service & support, etc. Amazing 7 has been good for us in all categories. The few times I've needed anything they have been very responsive to help. I would certainly recommend Amazing 7 to Shop-Ware clients interested in the added convenience of the on-screen pop-ups for incoming calls.
